 Olsen's Grain and Purina Mills Inc. would like to 
   invite you to participate as an exhibitor during our EQUIFEST®. 
	 
  This year we are trying to attract a larger crowd by changing the 
    Equifest® to June.  
  This is a one-day event held at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds, in downtown 
   Prescott.  
	
  The Equifest gates will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. on 
    Saturday June 7th, 2008. 
	
  Due to the recent addition of vendor sponsorship the Equifest® will 
    now be free to the public.
	
  If you are interested in participating as an event sponsor please review 
  our different levels of sponsorship and their benefits.

  We are planning extensive advertising for this event and expect a large 
    turnout.
 
  We expect our Arizona Equifest® to be successful with new entertainment 
     and with the exhibitors' help, to bring new information and products 
     to our community. 

  We will have the following schedule of events through out the day: 
    Clinicians Arena, Indoor Education Center, Outdoor Education Center,
    Farm & Ranch area and Main Arena entertainment, which includes dog 
    and horse demonstrations and on the edge of your seat entertainment 
    for the entire family.

  Please be aware that the Prescott Rodeo Grounds will use both under roof 
    and outside areas for our exhibitors.  
	
  Booth assignments will be made on a first come first served basis and you 
    will be able to state your preference on the application, but 
    preference is not guaranteed. 
	
  We plan on making sure there is a steady traffic flow through the outside 
    locations as well as the grandstands.
