Exhibitors will complete a reining pattern to demonstrate the handleability of their horse. After completing the dry work, the rider will call for a cow and box it at one end of the arena, then drive the cow through the corner and complete two turns on the fence, one in each direction. After their fence turns, the rider will have the option of tracking, roping, stopping and pulling the cow, OR, circling the cow once in each direction. Run is complete once the judge blows the whistle. The time limit for the entire run, including the reining, is 7 minutes.
