The 2017 Equifest Event Schedule promises a full weekend of equine barrel racing and roping but also over 40 vendor booths, Tack Swap, entertainment, clinics, and demos—- all FREE and to be enjoyed by the entire family thanks to the contributions of our generous sponsors. Below is the schedule of activities for Equifest events kicking off on Friday evening, September 15th, continuing all day Saturday and concluding with the Team Roping Jackpot on Sunday, September 17th. All events take place at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds unless otherwise noted:
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th
8AM to 2PM – Kerry Kuhn’s Presents Horsemanship Clinic
2PM to 3PM – Rescue Race
3PM to 4:30PM – Open Arena
5PM – Equifest Barrel Race Series Finals
Evening Events – Hours: 5:00 pm until 8:30 pm
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th- Hours: 8:30 am to 9 pm
*GATES OPEN AT 8:30AM
- Over 40 Vendor Booths – Product Ideas, Information and Shopping!
- Tack Swap – Buy quality used tack at the largest tack swap in Northern Arizona
- Cash only accepted; ATM available on site
- Entertainment, Clinics and Demos – Including Dutch Oven Cooking, Police Dog Demos, Horse Training, Test Drive a Tractor, barrel race, and Posting of the Colors

Saturday Evening Schedule-
12:30 to 1:30PM – Roping
2:00 to 4:00 PM – Branding and Dry Work
4:00 to 6:00 PM- Horses Available in the Tent Arena for Buyers to View & Ask Questions
6:30PM – Horse Sale Begins
